Visit Shuhe Ancient Town, then explore Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. Ride the Glacier Cableway when available, and continue to Blue Moon Valley and Ganhaizi.

Drive from Lijiang toward Shangri-La and visit Tiger Leaping Gorge for about 2 hours. The scenic-area escalator is not included unless confirmed separately. Continue into the Tibetan cultural region and spend about 2 hours in Dukezong Ancient Town, with time for old-town lanes and highland atmosphere. A special Tibetan chieftain-style dinner can be arranged when available.

Visit Songzanlin Monastery for about 1.5 hours to understand Tibetan Buddhist architecture and monastery life. Continue to view the giant prayer flags for about 1 hour. After lunch, visit Napa Lake for about 2 hours, then drive back to Lijiang. This is the highest-altitude cultural day in the route, so the pace remains measured.

After breakfast, drive about 3.5 hours from Lijiang to Lugu Lake. Stop at a lake viewpoint to take in the plateau scenery and continue with a relaxed lakeside visit. Enjoy a Mosuo traditional meal and, when local arrangements are operating, join the evening Mosuo bonfire atmosphere. The day adds a stronger ethnic-culture and lake-landscape layer to the classic Yunnan route.

Take a boat tour on Lugu Lake, visit a Mosuo family, and enjoy a traditional lunch. In the afternoon, drive about 3.5 hours back to Lijiang Railway Station, then take the second-class high-speed train to Kunming, about 4 hours. Dinner is self-paid on the train day, so guests can prepare snacks or buy a simple meal before boarding.

抵達昆明後接站或接機，乘車前往酒店並辦理入住，之後休息。
遊覽篆新市場，品嚐過橋米線，參觀昆明老街與酒杯樓，下午乘車約 4.5 小時前往大理。
漫步大理古城，前往理想邦欣賞洱海並享用茶點，之後在磻溪 S 灣騎行。
遊覽喜洲古鎮並欣賞白族三道茶，隨後前往麗江，遊覽黑龍潭和忠義市場，晚餐享用野生菌火鍋並欣賞古城夜景。
遊覽束河古鎮後前往玉龍雪山，根據預約情況乘坐冰川大索道，並遊覽藍月谷、甘海子等景點。
從麗江乘車前往香格里拉方向，遊覽虎跳峽約 2 小時。景區扶梯除非另行確認，通常不含。隨後進入藏區文化氛圍更濃的香格里拉，遊覽獨克宗古城約 2 小時，感受古城街巷與高原氣息。如條件允許，可安排土司風味藏式晚餐。
